Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Postpartum Doula to provide vital support to new families during the postpartum period. Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on infant care, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and monitoring newborn health.
• Support parents with breastfeeding guidance and postpartum recovery tips.
• Assist with light household tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation, and organizing baby supplies to create a comfortable environment.
• Educate parents on child development, safety practices, and caregiving techniques tailored to infants and toddlers.
• Offer emotional reassurance and active listening to help families navigate the challenges of new parenthood.
• Work with children of various ages, including preschoolers and toddlers, providing age-appropriate activities and supervision.
• Collaborate with families to develop personalized care routines that meet their unique needs and preferences.

Experience

• Doula certification required
• Knowledge of infant care practices, including feeding (breastfeeding or bottle-feeding), diapering, and sleep routines.
• Familiarity with postpartum recovery processes and emotional support strategies for new parents.
• Certification or training in first aid is preferred to ensure safety in emergency situations.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus.
• Ability to handle cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining a nurturing attitude.

Maternal Wellness Sales Consultant

Remote | Commission-Based | High Earning Potential

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and results-driven Maternal Wellness Sales Consultant to expand access to our virtual postpartum and maternal wellness membership services.

This is a remote, commission-based sales role for an experienced healthcare, wellness, maternal health, benefits, or membership sales professional who can build relationships, develop referrals, and convert qualified prospects into members.

Our services support expecting and postpartum families with education, wellness resources, recovery support, emotional wellness, nutrition, return-to-work preparation, and family support.

The ideal candidate understands that maternal wellness sales are relationship-driven and require trust-building with both families and partner organizations.

What You’ll Do

You will generate new membership sales and develop referral relationships.

Responsibilities include:

• Generate individual and family membership sales
• Identify and develop qualified leads
• Conduct outreach to prospects and organizations
• Educate clients on memberships and services
• Run virtual sales consultations and follow-ups
• Build relationships with maternal and family wellness organizations
• Pursue B2B opportunities with employers and partners
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Follow up consistently with prospects
• Track all sales activity in CRM
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Identify upsell opportunities
• Participate in virtual training and meetings
• Represent the company professionally and ethically

Ideal Candidate

Experience in any of the following is preferred:

• Healthcare or wellness sales
• Maternal or women’s health
• Membership or medical services sales
• Employee benefits or HR sales
• Telehealth or family services

B2B relationship-building experience is a strong plus.

Compensation

Commission-Based | Uncapped Earnings

• Commission per membership sold
• Higher commissions for premium packages
• B2B contract commissions
